How it works
- 30 days completely free. We set up the support and security services you need and you use everything free for your first 30 days.
- Continue if you're happy. After the trial you carry on with a simple managed-service agreement.
- 3-month money-back guarantee. If, within your first 3 months as a paying client, you decide it isn't right for you, tell us and we'll refund the fees you've paid us for our managed support and security services.
- Cancel any time after that. Beyond the 3-month guarantee period you're never locked in — if you decide it's no longer right for you, you can simply choose to cancel the contract.
What's covered by the money-back guarantee
The recurring service fees you pay Your Cloud Works for:
- Managed IT support
- Cyber security services
What isn't covered
Third-party products and one-off costs that we pay on to suppliers, or that have already been delivered or consumed, can't be refunded. These include:
- Software licences and subscriptions — for example Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and security or backup licences
- Hardware and equipment
- One-off project or professional-services work that has already been delivered
- Phone system call charges and usage
- Domain names, SSL certificates and similar third-party fees
How to claim
- You need to be a paying Your Cloud Works managed-service client.
- Let us know in writing — email hello@yourcloudworks.com — within 14 days of the end of your first 3 months.
- We'll refund the eligible Your Cloud Works service fees you paid during that period to your original payment method, normally within 30 days.
A few conditions
- The offer applies to new managed-service agreements, one claim per client.
- The free trial and guarantee cover our standard managed support and security services; bespoke project work, hardware and third-party licences are excluded as set out above.
- We may ask for a little feedback so we can keep improving — but it's not a condition of your refund.
- This guarantee doesn't affect your statutory rights.
- Your Cloud Works may update these terms; the version that applies is the one published here when you sign up.
